Development layouts for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island among the released materials.
Additionally featured in this new photograph drop appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by building residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and features a legend detailing different parts of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, featuring layouts for boat shelters.
More documentation disclosed as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
