The British boxer prepares to battle Jake Paul in an eight-bout fight which will be shown live on the streaming platform.
Briton Anthony Joshua said he will "stamp all over" the American and "defeat" the American as the combatants came face-to-face to publicize the upcoming bout.
Ex twice world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge uneven pairing - at Miami Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Boxer's Attitude
"I will break his face and break his body up. I'm here to prove I'm superior," Joshua, 35 years old, said.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's how fighters think.
"I'm going to really want to cause him pain. That's my intention."
Civil Interaction
In spite of such comments, a relaxed Joshua and social media star Paul - usually recognized for his dramatics - were respectful and maintained decorum with each other.
Jake Paul rather attacked former Joshua opponent the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian declined a fight offer.
Targeting Fury
Anthony Joshua, in the meantime, took aim at UK opponent Fury - and refused a large bet 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a Paul win.
"[Paul] is superior to Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua commented.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Opponent
Despite stating he plans to hurt Jake Paul, Anthony Joshua declined to talk badly about his rival's boxing ability.
"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he said.
Jake Paul's Background
Paul - who originally gained popularity on the Disney Channel - has mainly fought MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since entering professional boxing.
He lost to Briton Fury in last year.
Commercial Success
Still, the relative newcomer continues to be one of boxing's largest commercial attractions, frequently receiving substantial earnings.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28-year-old forecast a knockout win in round four or five and claimed he would prevent the long-awaited Joshua–Fury fight, which is apparently in the works for 2026.
"It will be my match with Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul stated.
Physical Difference
As both boxers participated in the traditional face-off, with their height and weight contrast evident, it drove home just how unlikely this entire matchup is - and how astonishing it is that the match is actually happening.
